日本の原風景！？

台風が来る前の晴天を迎えて居る今日この頃、皆様いかがお過ごしでしょうか？

こんな良い天気はドライブ日和じゃないですか！！

と言っていたのは先週末、お出かけのご報告を。今回は山形県鶴岡市の朝日方面へと足を延ばしてみました。

しかし、これを書いた今日の天気は雨という、、、何とまあ、、いっか( ´∀｀ )

『鶴岡市あさひ地区　Asahi area, Tsuruoka City, Yamagata』

 庄内平野のある鶴岡市では、昔から稲作が盛んです。日本の原風景とも言える雄大な田園が広がっています。今は農業従事者の高齢化や減少が課題ですが…。

そんな中をドライブし、向かう目的地は朝日地区。山に囲まれた自然豊かな地域です。

Tsuruoka City has a lot of rice field and the area is called "Shounai Plain". The city has been thriving with rice farming for a long time. The huge rice field mekes a beautiful typical Japanese landscape. Even though there is a problem that rice farmers is graying and decreasing nowadays...

Anyway, I was driving to Asahi area which is surrounded by mountains and has a lot of nature.

A Suspention bridge to go to "Shimotazawa Erythronium japonicum Garden"

４月下旬から５月上旬にかけてはカタクリの花が見ごろを迎え、私たちを楽しませてくれます。 運がいいと桜も見ることができるとか。春にまた訪れたいスポットです。風情ある吊り橋でしたが、次回のお楽しみにすべく、本日は渡るのを我慢(。-`ω-)

You can see a lovely flowers if you get there between end of April and beginning of March. With any luck, you might see cherry blossom as well.

I'd like to visit there again in spring. I stopped myself from crossing that suspention bridge this time to enjoy it next time. 

『荒沢ダム Arasawa dam』

ここだけ見ると中国にある桂林の漓江でしょうか？というくらい幽玄な世界観☆これはカメラマンの腕によるものですね！(｀･ω･´)

荒沢ダムは赤川上流に位置しています。洪水調節、河川の正常な流量の維持、発電を目的とした多目的ダムです。

ダムカード荒沢ダム管理課のインターホンを押すと、ダムカードなるものがもらえるそうな( ´∀｀ )年末年始を除く土日祝含めて午前９時～午後４時まで対応しているそうで、、、もらわないでしまった私、、、お馬鹿。。。

４月～６月上旬の融雪期の放流を見にまた来ます！！冬の雪景色もきっと水墨画のように綺麗でしょうけどねー。車で１１２号からのアクセスは良好でした。

At a glance, you might think this place is like Li River in China. The scenery is tasteful. Definitely I made it！(｀･ω･´) 

The Arasawa dam is located upstream of the Aka River. Its purpose is to contoribute to flood control, maintenance of normal functioning of running water, and hydro electoric power generation.

You can get a card which is written some information on. It's called "Dam Card" in Japan.

You need to visit Arasawa Dam Management Division and push the button of intercom.

The distribution time of the dam card of Arasawa dam is from 9am to 4pm including weekends and holidays. I forgot to get it...Damn!（←ダジャレになってるんだよ笑）

I will go back there in Spring to see dam discharge water!! The Arasawa dam covered by snow in winter must be beautiful, too. It might be like a Ink paintng. You can get there by car easily with Route 112.
